A computer mouse is a must at the office workstation. Every day we push the little stuff back and forth and click at least hundreds of times to get our work done.
But the monotonous movements that we repeat with the small and innocent mouse can overload the muscles, tendons and ligaments and cause RSI (repetitive strain injury) syndrome. And so you have “mouse arm”.
